Ingredients
  • ½ kg Chicken minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Fried onion
  • ¾ tsp All spice powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt as required
  • ½ tsp Mace nutmeg powder
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 tsp Meat tenderizer
  • Oil for frying
  • Smoke for coal
For Serving:
  • Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Green chilies
  • Green coriander
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken mince in a chopper.
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil and process until well combined.
  3. Take it out in a bowl and keep aside.
  4. Make Gola kababs out of it.
  5. Fry well then give a smoke of coal.
  6. Then heat a sizzler plate. Add onion, tomatoes and green chilies and gola kababs.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Gola Kabab Sizzler is ready to serve.
  9. Serve hot.
