Ingredients
- 100 gm boneless chicken
- 1 cup boiled pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 olives chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 to mato chopped
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 2 salad leaves chopped
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method

Wash chicken then cut into thin strips.

Season with red chili powder and salt.

Marinate for 30 minutes then heat oil in a grilling pan.

Grill chicken on medium heat for 10 minutes or until all juices runs clear.

Turn the heat off.

In a large bowl, add tomato, onion, salad leaves, cucumber and olives.

Toss well.

Put boiled pasta in it.

Add black pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and grilled chicken in it.

Mix well.
