Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup self raising flour
  • 6 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Make chicken wings into lollipops.In a bowl, combine together self raising flour, salt, white pepper, and mustard powder.
  2. Now put chicken wings into it.
  3. Roll in seasoned flour twice.
  4. Turn to coat evenly.
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok.
  6. Deep fry chicken wings for 15 minute on low flame.Remove from the oil.
  7. In a separate pan, add chili garlic sauce and honey.
  8. Cook for 1-2 minute then place fried chicken wings in it.
  9. Toss to coat evenly.Transfer into a serving dish.
  10. Honey Fried Wings are ready to serve. Enjoy!
