Are you a pizza lover? Then this simple Jazz Pizza Recipe By Zubaida Tariq is a great one to try with the kids or for a dinner party.
- 2 Chicken breasts thinly sliced
- ½ tsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp Crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Allspice
- ½ tsp Crushed roasted cumin
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Pinch of orange color
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 small Onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Oregano leaves
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- ½ cup Pizza sauce
- 2 cups heaped Flour
- ½ cup Wheat flour
- 1-½ tsp Safe instant yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 Egg
- Warm water as required

In a mixing bowl, combine together the Flour, wheat flour, instant yeast , sugar, Salt, Oil and egg.

Knead a soft dough with Luke warm water. Cover the dough with wet cloth. and let it rise for 1 hour or until double in size.

Now, marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, salt, allspice, crushed cumin, lemon juice, pinch of orange color. and Cook for 10 minutes in 1 tbsp oil.

Punch down the dough. Grease 12-inch pizza plate roll dough to ¼ inch thick. Place in a greased pizza plate.

Spread pizza sauce over the dough.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoon cheddar cheese, cover with filling, toppings, again let it to rise 30 minutes covered.

Bake on 200 degree C for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is cooked thorough.

Remove from the oven and serve hot!
