Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg chicken mince
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 6 green chilies chopped
  • 4 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. In a large bowl, combine together all ingredients except oil.
  2. Make in the shape of seekh kebabs.
  3. Now heat oil in a shallow frying pan.
  4. Fry kebabs on low flame for 12-15 minutes or until done.
  5. Take it out into serving plate.
  6. Garnish with Ring onions and lemon wedges.
  7. Jhatpat Seekh Kebab is ready to serve.
  8. ENJOY!!
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Naan and Mint Raita.
