Ingredients
- 3 eggs lightly beaten 2 green
- 250 gm mince
- chilies chopped
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- salt to taste
- oil for frying
Cooking Method

Place flour in a large mixing bowl.

Add baking powder and eggs.

Mix well.

Add 1-2 tbsp of water and make a smooth paste.

Add mince, green chilies, coriander leaves, chili powder, turmeric and salt.

Mix well.

Keep aside for 1 hour,

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Drop a few spoon full of batter at a time.

Fry Pakoras for 10 minutes or until crispy and brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.

Sprinkle chaat Masala.
