Khoya Custard is an easy dessert recipe made using milk, cream, custard, and garnished with nuts. Do try this Khoya Custard Recipe by Chef Rida Aftab, you'll like it!
- 1 litre Milk
- 2 Bread Slices
- 4 tbsp Custard Powder 4tbsp
- 1 packet Fresh Cream
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 250 gm Khoya
- 250 gm Almonds
- 50 gm Pistachios
- 50 gm Desiccated Coconut
- Oil for frying

Cut edges of bread slices then break into small pieces. Now fry in hot oil until light golden.

Pour milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Now add sugar and stir well.

In a small bowl,dissolve custard in water. Now pour this mixture into milk, keep stirring and cook till custard is thickened.

Stir in the vanilla essence and dish it out.

Place bread slices in a serving dish. Then pour prepared custard over them. Sprinkle custard over it.

Garnish with almonds, pistachios, desiccate coconut and top with cream and let it cool completely. Delicious Khoya Custard is ready to serve.
Serve chilled.
