Ingredients
- 500 gm Carrots grated
- 125 gm khoya
- 25 gm sugar (cheeni)
- 1/2 litre Milk
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 4-5 Cardamoms grinded
- 25 gm Almonds Chopped
- 25 gm Pistachios Chopped
- 2 tbsp Kewra
- 1/4 tsp Yellow Food Color
Cooking Method

Grate Carrots and soaked in water.

Boil milk in a pot or deep pan. Stir in the carrots, sugar, rice flour and cook on a low flame.

Keep stirring

Now add the cardamom powder and let it cook for another 15 minutes.

Now when the carrot softens, add khoya and stir in the yellow food color and kewra essence. Mix well.

Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios. Dish it out. Delicious Khoya Gajrela is ready to serve.
