Ingredients
  • ½ kg Beef/mutton Mince
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp White cumin
  • 1 tsp Black cumin
  • 6 Small cardamom
  • 6 Black pepper corn
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Lemons
  • 1 bunch mint leaves chopped
  • 4 green chilies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour
  • ½ cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Raw papaya paste
Cooking Method
  1. Take a bowl and add in beef mince, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, red chili powder and lemon juice.
  2. Together grind white cumin, black cumin, small cardamom and black peppercorn together.
  3. Add the grinded spice in the mince along with chopped mint leaves and green chilies.
  4. Take a dish and spread mince on it.
  5. Add oil and cook it until all the water of the mince dries.
  6. Add it in a silver dish.
  7. Add in 2 tbsp oil and simmer it.
  8. Keep a tawa under that silver dish.
  9. Give it an coal burn.
  10. Lagan Ka Qeema is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Naan and Raita.
