Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken
- 375 gm Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Onion
- 3 Tomatoes
- 3-4 Green chilies
- ¼ cup Oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method

Cut slits on chicken and keep aside.

Now Cut onion into thin slices.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Now add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes.

Fry for a few minutes.

Then add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder and all spice powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Now add in chicken and fry well.

Also add whipped yogurt and 1 cup water.

Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the lid and fry well on high flame or until chicken is cooked thorough.

Lastly add chopped green chilies, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Stir well and dish it out.
