Ingredients
- 500 gm Beef mince
- 1 cup Lamb fat optional
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 large onion minced
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- 6 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method

In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients except oil.

Then grind in a food processor and take this mixture in a bowl.

Make long kabab out of the mixture.

Now heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry kabab on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then lower the heat and cook for further 8 to 10 minutes.

Take it out in a serving dish.
