Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken liver Kaleji
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- Whole spice as required
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Chili flacks
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Chat masala
- 1 inch Ginger Julianne
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- Salt To taste
- 5 tbsp Oil
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

Then put whole spices and onion slices in it.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion are golden brown.

Now add liver kaleji with garlic paste and cook well for 5-7 minutes or until change its color.

Then put red chili powder and flacks, salt,turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala.

Add tomato slices and cover it for 5 minutes or until oil comes up on top

Now add yogurt and stir again.

Sprinkle cumin and black pepper powder and cover the pot for 2 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Dish it out.

Liver masala is ready to serve.
