Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Chicken liver Kaleji
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • Whole spice as required
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Chili flacks
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 inch Ginger Julianne
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • Salt To taste
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • Fresh coriander for garnishing
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Then put whole spices and onion slices in it.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion are golden brown.
  4. Now add liver kaleji with garlic paste and cook well for 5-7 minutes or until change its color.
  5. Then put red chili powder and flacks, salt,turmeric powder, coriander powder, chat masala.
  6. Add tomato slices and cover it for 5 minutes or until oil comes up on top
  7. Now add yogurt and stir again.
  8. Sprinkle cumin and black pepper powder and cover the pot for 2 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  10. Dish it out.
  11. Liver masala is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with naan and salad.
