Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 cups Corn flakes
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste1 tbsp
- 2 Lemon
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

Cut each chicken breast into book form. Flatten with the steak hammer.

In a mixing bowl, combine together the egg, corn flour, lemon juice, garlic paste, red pepper, black pepper powder and salt. Make a smooth batter of medium consistency, add 1 – 2 tbsp water if needed.

Marinate chicken with the prepared batter.

Sprinkle corn flake in a platter, coat marinated chicken with corn flakes and deep fry chicken in hot oil for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender from inside and crispy from outside.

Remove from the oil and cut into strips.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with chili garlic sauce.
