This Makhni Karahi Recipe By Zarnak Sidhwa is a classic food fusion of butter chicken and karahi. It is super quick and easy to make. Goes great with Roghani naan.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken karhai cut
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3-4 Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander seeds roasted & crushed
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds roasted & crushed
- ½ tsp Black pepper crushed
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 inch piece Ginger julienne
- ½ Cup Yogurt whisked
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- 5-6 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1-2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
- Ginger julienne
- Butter cubes
Cooking Method

Melt butter with oil in a wok.

Add chicken and fry until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and salt, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper crushed and mix well.

Add tomato paste and ginger and mix.

In yogurt, add chicken powder, mix well.

Pour yogurt mixture over the chicken.

Cover the wok and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.

Add cream give it a stir, and turn the flame off.

Sprinkle garam masala powder, fresh coriander and ginger.

Dish it out and drizzle some extra butter over it.

Delicious Makhni Karahi is ready to serve.
