This Mumbai Masala Burger Recipe By Chef Gulzar is really easy to make and very tasty to eat so friends do try this recipe at home.
- 6 Burger Buns
- 3 tbsp Butter for toasting buns
- 1 cup Boiled spinach
- 100 gm carrots chopped
- 100 gm green peas
- 250 gm potatoes
- 200 gm cauliflower
- 3 to matoes Chopped
- 2 onions Chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 3 tbsp Butter
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 2-3 green chilies finely chopped
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- Coriander for garnishing
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Roasted cumin
- 1 tsp Crushed red chili
- Salt to taste

In a heavy bottomed skillet, add the grated potatoes, boiled spinach, cauliflower, tomatoes and peas .Add a little water and cook until well cooked.

In a frying pan melt butter. Add 2 grated onions, all spice powder, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Pour this mixture into the vegetable pot, mix well and mash with a fork.
Cook on a very low flame. The bhaji is ready. Keep warm and set aside.

Slice each bun into two halves.

Melt butter on the griddle and toast the buns.

In a small bowl, add yogurt, roasted cumin,crushed red chilies and salt. Mix until well combined.

Place the bhaji in a serving platter. Add 2-3 tbsp of butter and 2-3 finely chopped green chilies and chat masala.

Garnish with onions and chopped coriander.Serve with the raita and toasted buns.
