Ingredients
- 250 gm Minced mutton qeema
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 25 gm Fried peanut powder
- 3-4 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 medium sized piece Ginger chopped
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Green onion
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp plain Yogurt
- 2 Ice berg lettuce
- Salt as required
- 3 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add chopped garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes or until it turns golden and fragrant.

Now add the mince (qeemand cook for 10-15 minutes or until it changes color.

Add fried peanut powder and all the ingredients.

Add yogurt, lemon juice and water.

Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes or until mince is cooked thorough.

Remove the lid and cook till the water dries.

Divide the mutton mixture among prepared lettuce leaves.

Wrap leaves loosely around filling.
