Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton
- 2 Brown onion
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 2-3 Green chilies
- 2 Tomatoes boiled
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp All spice powder
- 1 inch piece of Cinnamon
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Oil
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove brown onion and crush coarsely.

Keep aside.

In the remaining oil add ginger garlic paste and mutton.

Fry for a few minutes or until meat change its color.

Now add chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cumin powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

Then add cinnamon stick, salt, yogurt and green chilies.

Add 2 cups of water, cover and cook for 45 minutes or until mutton is tender.

Remove the lid and let it simmer for another 5 minutes then sprinkle all spice powder and crushed brown onion on it.

Now fry well on high flame till most of the water dries.

Dish it out.
