Ingredients
  • 250 gm yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 10 spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Whisk yogurt, with salt and black pepper.
  2. Add milk and green chili paste.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Fry spinach leaves in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Remove from the oil and crush.
  6. Add crushed spinach in prepared raita.
  7. Palak ka Raita is ready to serve.Enjoy!

Serve with paratha, rice or any curry.
