Ingredients
- 250 gm yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 10 spinach leaves
- 1 tsp green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- oil for frying
Cooking Method

Whisk yogurt, with salt and black pepper.

Add milk and green chili paste.

Mix well.

Fry spinach leaves in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until crisp.

Remove from the oil and crush.

Add crushed spinach in prepared raita.
