Ingredients
  • 2 packets cheese
  • 125 gm Sugar
  • 125 gm Khoya
  • 50 gm chopped Almond pistachio
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Kewra water
  • 4 tbsp Dry milk powder
Cooking Method
  1. Crumble the cheese and mix with the sugar.
  2. Put cheese mixture in a wok and let it cook on low flame. Keep stirring.
  3. Now add kewra and chopped almond pistachio mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Then add khoya and mix well.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
  6. Remove the mixture in a platter.
  7. Rub your hands in milk powder, make small balls of the cheese mixtures.
  8. Flatten a little and put in a platter.
  9. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
  10. Top with silver foil.
  11. Delicious Paneer Pairay are ready to serve.
