This Paneer Reshmi Handi Recipe by Abida Baloch, is so simple to make, luscious white gravy engulfing soft chicken, with addition of cheese making it velvety & delicious. This is a unique and amazing handi which will be loved by the kids and adults both.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 Onion paste
- 1 tbsp Green chili paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup Yogurt
For Fry Chicken:
- 300 gm Chicken cubes
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- Salt To taste
- 1 tbsp Butter
For Sauté Veggies:
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Small capsicum sliced
- 1 Small onion sliced
Other Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 Green chilies julienne
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.

Then adds paste of onion, chili, garlic and ginger paste.

Mix well and cover the pot.

Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until onions are soft.

Switch off the heat then add yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes and Set aside.

Heat oil in the same pot and sauté sliced onion and capsicum for 2 minutes until soft, set aside.

In a bowl, mix chicken, salt and flour.

Heat butter on low flame.

Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes until color changes.

Now add in yogurt gravy, sautéed onions, capsicum and cheddar cheese to the chicken pot.

Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons of water Finally, mix in cream.

Add butter on sides of pot and simmer for few more minutes until oil separates.

Paneer Reshmi Handi is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with rice or roti.
