Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 250 gm Puff pastry
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1 Spring onion chopped
- 4 Cheese slices
- 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour roasted
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method

Cut chicken into slices.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add chopped garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds or until golden brown.

Now add sliced chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes or until chicken change its color.

Then add carrot, capsicum and spring onion.

Mix well.

Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Turn the flame off and keep aside.

In another wok heat milk, cook till it comes to a boil.

Add in 2 tbsp roasted flour and mix well, cook until sauce is thickened.

Add black pepper, salt and cheese slices.

Stir well.

Now add cooked chicken mixture and mix well.

Roll the puff pastry.

Pour mixture in an oven proof dish and cover with the puff pastry.

Brush top with beaten egg.

Now bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven.

Delicious Parda Chicken is ready to serve.
