Light & refreshing Pasta Chickpea Salad: Al dente pasta, protein-packed chickpeas & crisp veggies in this tangy dressing. Perfect for picnics, lunch or a satisfying weeknight meal!
- 1 cup Macaroni boiled
- 1 cup Chick Peas boiled
- 1 Potato boiled
- 1 Apple
- few lettuce leaves
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Capsicum
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Red Chili crushed
- 2 tbsp Honey

Finely chop apple, boil potato, lettuce leaves, cucumber, green onion and capsicum.

Add in a bowl and set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and black paper, salt and crushed red chili.

Pour this dressing over the chopped vegetables.

Add boil chickpeas and boiled spaghetti.

Mix well then add honey.
