Ingredients
- 300 gm Ground beef
- 1 Medium onion
- 3 Garlic cloves peeled
- 1 Egg
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- ¼ cup Olive oil
For The Grilled Vegetables:
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 large Green bell pepper
- Olive oil for brushing
- 2 Onions
- Boiled rice to serve
Cooking Method

In a mixing bowl, mix together the ground beef onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and egg.

Then leave for few minutes.

Then make kebabs and put it on skewers and cook 10-15 minutes or until done.

Stir fry the vegetables.

Dish it out and do the smoke on white rice.

Persian Kabab is ready to serve.
