Ingredients
- 1 packet pineapple jelly crystals
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup low fat sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoon pineapple syrup
- 2 tablespoon artificial sweetener
- 2 digestive biscuits
Cooking Method

In a large bowl, whisk pineapple jelly with boiling water.

Let it cool for few minutes.

Place yogurt, pineapple syrup, pineapple chunks, digestive biscuits and jelly in a blender. Process until well blended.

Take it out in a serving dish.

Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.

Before serving, top with pineapple chunks.
Serving Suggestions
- If you are not on diet than use regular yogurt, sugar and whipped cream for garnishing. Also you can use any fruit to make this yogurt.
- Serve as a dessert after any meal or as a healthy breakfast.
