Ingredients
- 1 packet Tikka boti
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sambal oleak heaped
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ cup Oil
For Masala:
- 3 ounce Butter
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- Tandoori color pinch
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp Allspice
- ¼ cup Sweet chili sauce
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Tomato puree
- ½ cup Cream
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chilies chopped
Cooking Method

Marinate chicken cubes with all the given marination ingredients.

Pan fry in ¼ cup oil until done.
To Make the Masala:

Heat oil and butter in a wok over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds, let them sizzle, add chopped onion. Cook and stir fry for 5 minutes.

Then add ginger garlic paste with all the spices, sauces, color, tomato puree.

Cook well then add 1 cup water with cooked chicken, cream,milk, corn flour paste.

Cook for 5-10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Sprinkle allspice and kasuri methi.

Dish it out.

Garnished with chopped greens chilies and coriander leaves.
