Ingredients
  • 500 gm boneless chicken cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1-1/2 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Plain Flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 Onions thinly sliced
  • 2 Capsicums thinly sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Carrot thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt as required
  • ¾ cup Water
  • ¾ tsp black pepper crushed
  • white sesame as required
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken strips in a bowl.
  2. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, plain flour and leave it for few minutes.
  3. Now heat oil in a wok or pan over medium high heat.
  4. Sauté ginger garlic for few minutes then add all the veggies and cook on high flame.
  5. After this, add sugar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and stir well.
  6. Now dissolve ½ cup of water add corn flour in a small bowl.
  7. Add corn flour paste over the chicken and cook it for 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  8. Dish it out.
  9. Top with white sesame seeds.
  10. Serve hot with rice.
