Ingredients
  • 2 cups Black lentil boiled
  • ¾ cup Kidney beans boiled
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • ¾ cup Boil ground tomatoes
  • Salt pepper, turmeric as required
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 2 tbsp Coriander
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • Onion cut in rings to garnish
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil and clarified butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, ginger garlic and cumin then fry well.
  3. Now add boil tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt , pepper and turmeric and roast it.
  4. Now add boil lentil , red kidney beans and cook for 15 minutes or until well cooked
  5. Add cream, dried fenugreek and cumin.
  6. Stir well and let it simmer for few minutes then turn the flame off.
  7. take it out in a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with onion rings, coriander and butter.
  9. Restaurant Style Daal Makhni is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with roti, paratha or rice.
