Ingredients
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 1 packet Cream
- 1 cup Khoya
- 1 cup Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 25 gm Almonds
- 25 gm Pistachio
- 25 gm Walnuts
- 50 gm Desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp Kewra
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 pinch of Yellow color
- Silver foil as required
Cooking Method

Pour milk in a pan. Bring to a boil then add 1/2 cup of sugar. keep stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Dissolve cornflour in a little water. Pour cornflour paste into the milk. Cook and stir until thickened.

Now stir in the yellow color, kewra essence, cardamom powder, khoya, fresh cream, condensed milk, almond, walnuts and pistachios.

Remove from the heat and let it cool.

Pour in ice cream (qulfi) )molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until set. Now remove Qulfi's from molds.

Sprinkle desiccated coconut and garnish with silver foils and serve chilled.
