Ingredients
For Pasta:
- 3 cups Kolson Shell Macaroni boiled
- 2 Red pepper (soaked and ground)
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 Onion cut into cubes
- 1 Capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 Tomato cut into cubes
- 1 Carrot cut in thin slices
- 1 tsp Salt leveled
- ½ tsp red pepper Crushed
For Tarka:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
- 20 Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp White cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Onion seeds
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a wok, saute garlic in it for 30 seconds.

Add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and onion seeds. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Add red chilies , tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, red pepper salt and all the chopped vegetables.

Toss to coat evenly.

Now add boiled Kolson shell macaroni and stir well.
