- 1 tbsp papaya paste
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt as required
- 2 tbsp spice blend
- ½ cup clarified butter
- ½ cup fried onion
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp ground green chilies
- 1 tbsp roasted chickpeas
- 1 tbsp roasted coconut
- 10-12 red chilies
- 1 tsp whole spices
- ½ tsp ground kabab chini
- 4-5 cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp gram flour
- Coal to smoke
- Sliced onions and lemon for garnish
