Ingredients
- ½ kg Boneless chicken
- 1 cup Boiled gram lentil
- 1 Boiled potato
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Crushed red chilies
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Green coriander finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Green chilies finely chopped
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Crushed ginger
- 2 Eggs
- Coal for smoke
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

In a pot, add chicken, gram lentil , salt, chili , turmeric and potato. Cook on ow flame or until chicken is tender.

Take it out in a mixing bowl and let it cool.

Now grind shami kababs with remaining spices except oil and coal.

Mix well.

Give smoke of coal.

Shape into kababs and shallow fry until golden brown.

Garnish with onion, tomato and cucumber.
