Ingredients
- 600 gm Boneless chicken thighs
- 1-1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
- Salt as required
- ½ tsp Crushed red chilies
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp White cumin powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Crushed garlic
- Wooden skewers as required
- 1 Coal piece
- Salad leaves for garnish
- Tomatoes onion, cucumber for garnish
Cooking Method

Cut chicken thigh pieces into cubes.

In a bowl, marinate chicken pieces with black pepper, cinnamon powder, salt, red chilies, turmeric powder, olive oil, vinegar, cumin powder, lemon juice, paprika, and garlic.

Put in the refrigerator for overnight.

Thread chicken pieces on skewers.

Cook on grill and give a smoke of coal.

Garnish with salad leaves, tomatoes, onion and cucumber.
