Noodles is one of the favorite and most eaten by children and adult both. This is very spicy and meaty noodles. prepared in egg noodles with white meat. Chicken and prawns both chunks with hot egg noodles would be superb in your lunch as main dish. If desired, You can squeeze some ketchup in it for enhancing the taste. Ingredients
- 12 prawns
- 3 cups boiled egg noodles
- 1 boneless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 spring onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- salt to taste
Cooking Method

Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium high heat.

Fry ginger and garlic for 1 minute or until light golden.

Add chicken and prawns.

Stir fry for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.

Now add onion, capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute.

Also add soy sauce, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for few minutes or until chicken is tender.

Put egg noodles into the skillet.

Cook on high flame, toss well.

Add vinegar.

Turn the heat off and add spring onion in it.

Dish it out.

Spicy Noodles are ready now.

Serve hot.

Serve with ketchup or hot pepper sauce.
