  • 1 boiled potato finely chopped
  • ½ cup kidney beans
  • ½ cup white beans
  • 3-4 radishes finely chopped
  • 1 apple finely chopped
  • 1 green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 red capsicum finely chopped
  • Half an iceberg lettuce finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber finely chopped
  • ¼ bunch parsley chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon mustard paste
Cooking Method
  1. Finely chop the radishes, green capsicum, red capsicum, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and parsley.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped vegetables, cooked kidney beans, and white beans.
