- 2 tbsp Fruit vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 – 4 cloves Garlic chopped
- ½ packet Egg noodles boiled
- 2 Spring onion sliced
- 1 Capsicum chopped
- 1 cup Bean sprout
- 1 Tomato sliced
- 2 – 3 Pineapple rings
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Chicken breast
- 50 gm Peanut chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Worchester sauce
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Honey
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Black pepper powder

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add garlic and chicken .Cook 7-8 minutes or until no longer pink and all water dries up.

Now add 2 beaten egg and fry for 2 minutes. Then add pineapple, capsicum and spring onion leaves. Cook and stir for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now add boiled egg noodles and toss to coat evenly.

Stir in the tomato paste, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, Worcester sauce,vinegar, sugar and honey. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper powder. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and bean sprouts. Stir fry on high flame.

Turn the heat off and take it out in a serving dish. Serve hot.
