Ingredients
- ½ kg Beef undercut
- 4-5 Dry red chilies
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- ½ cup Orange juice
- 1 tsp Orange rind chopped
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3-4 fresh red chilies chopped
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
Cooking Method

Cut beef undercut into small steaks.

Flatten each piece with the hammer.

Cut each button red chili into two.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add ginger garlic paste, dry red chilies and sliced beef.

Fry very well till water dries and its color is changed.

Then add in soy sauce, orange juice, orange skin, fresh red chilies, sugar, crushed black pepper and salt.

Cover and cook on low flame until beef is tender.

Lastly thicken sauce with 2 tbsp corn flour paste and dish it out.
