Ingredients
- 4 Chicken tikka leg pieces
- 50 gm Butter
- ½ cup Oil
- 2 Onions
- 6 Green chilies
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cup Cream
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp All spice powder
- Fresh coriander as required
Cooking Method

Make cuts on chicken tikka pieces and apply butter.

Then fry them well.

Now heat oil in a tawa pan and fry ginger garlic.

Then add chicken tikka pieces, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, all spice powder, onions and tomatoes along with ½ cup water.

Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and nicely browned.

Sprinkle green chilies, lemon juice, cream and fresh coriander.

Delicious Tawa Chicken is ready to serve.
