Ingredients
  • 1 packet Maggie Hamara noodles
  • 1 cup Chicken Boneless
  • 1-2 Lemons
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Curry paste
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil/clarified butter
  • 4-5 tbsp Coconut Milk
Cooking Method
  1. Saute ginger garlic paste in oil or clarified butter.
  2. Add in curry paste and salt.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Add in boneless chicken in the prepared masala and cook it on a low flame for 8-10 minutes.
  5. When the chicken tenders add in coconut along maggie noodles taste enhancer and sugar.
  6. Cook and stir well for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Separately boil 1 packet hamara Maggie noodles in 3-4 cup boiling water for around 5-6 minutes.
  8. Dish the boiled noodles in the serving dish spread the prepared chicken mixture over it.
  9. Garnish Thai coconut noodles with lemon.
  10. Thai Coconut Noodles are ready to serve.
