Thai Salad is essentially a delicious mix of salad vegetables(and tofu), sliced cooked egg and a savoury, sweet and sour dressing. - 1 Packet Tofu
- 2 Spring onions
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
- 1-1 /2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2-3 Baby corns
- 2 Celery sticks
- 1 Red capsicum Chopped
- 3 Egg ,half boiled
- 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 Big Green chilies chopped
- Oil for frying

Cut tofu into small cubes and deep fry tofu in hot oil. Remove from the oil and keep aside.

In a bowl, combine together the lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, salt and black pepper.

Add spring onions, sliced baby corn, celery sticks chopped, Red capsicum cut into and 2 coriander leaves. Top with fried tofu.

Toss to coat evenly. Take it out in a serving dish. Garnish with boiled eggs halves.and serve !
