Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 4 cups boiled rice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 to matoes finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • few drops yellow food color
  • few drops red food color
  • few drops green food color
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken into julienne and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pot.
  3. Put chicken julienne in hot oil.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Then add tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder.
  7. Let it simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  8. Heat boiled rice in a wok and color rice into three colors separately.
  9. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until heated thorough.
  10. Then take it out in a serving dish.
  11. Put cooked chicken on the top.
  12. Garnished with salad leaves and tomato slices.
  13. Delicious Three Colored Biryani is ready now.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with raita.
