Ingredients
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Chicken mince
- 1 medium Onion
- 1/2 brunch Parsley chopped
- ¼ bunch Green Coriander chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Talhar Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Cooking Method

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Mix until well combined. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight

Then put mince mixture onto skewers and shape into kebab's. Grill for 10 minutes or until cooked thorough.
