Ingredients
  • 250 gm Beef mince
  • 3 boiled Potatoes
  • ¼ bunch Parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Papaya paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Put together the beef mince, parsley, onion, green chilies, garlic cloves, salt, red pepper and papaya paste in a chopper.
  2. Process until well combined.
  3. Take it out in a mixing bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine together the mashed potatoes, salt, black pepper, Worcester sauce and cheese slices.
  5. Mix very well.
  6. Now make a patty with both the mixture, join both the patties.
  7. Dip in beaten egg then shallow fry patties for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Take it out in a serving dish.
  9. Delicious Twin Kababs are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Chili Sauce and Seasoned Fries.
