Ingredients
8piecesChicken
2tspMeat tenderizer
1-1/2tspSalt
1tbspGinger garlic paste
4tbspYogurt
1tbspCayenne chilli paste
2pinchTurmeric powder
¾tspAll spice powder
1tbspLemon juice
Oil or clarified butter for frying
Ingredients For Gravy:
½cupClarified butter
1tbspGingerfinely cut
8-10Green chilies
1tbspGinger garlic paste
1-1/2tspChaat masala
¾cupYogurt
Salt to taste
Green coriander for garnish
Cooking Method
Put all spices on chicken and marinate it overnight.
Now heat oil or clarified butter in a pan over medium heat and shallow fry chicken in it until nicely browned.
Then heat clarified butter, fry green chilies and remove from the oil.
In the remaining clarified butter, add ginger garlic paste, salt and yogurt and saute gravy well.
Now add fry chicken and cook in slow flame for 20-25 minutes or until chicken get tender.
Then stir in the lemon juice, add fry green chilies and chaat masala.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Dish it out and garnish with green coriander and ginger slices.
