Ingredients For Chili Beef:
½kgUndercut beefthinly sliced
½tspSalt
½tspWhite pepper
1Egg
2tbspCornflour
1tbspSesame seedsheaped
2tbspChili oil
Ingredients for Batter
4tbspFlour
3tbspCornflour
¼tspBaking powder
1Egg
1tbspOil
Water to make batter
Ingredients for Sauce:
¼cupOil
1tbspCrushed garlic
2tbspChili garlic sauce
1tbspOyster sauce
1tbspWooster sauce
6Green chilies thinly sliced
Coriander leaves chopped
2Spring onion with leavessliced in 1 inch slices
Cooking Method
Mix Flour 4 tbsp, Corn flour 3 tbsp, Baking powder ¼ tsp, Egg 1, Oil 1 tbsp and water and add to marinate the undercut.
Marinate undercut beef with salt, white pepper, egg, corn flour, sesame seed, chili oil and the prepared batter.
Mix well, deep fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add crushed garlic, fry for 1-2 minutes or ntil light golden then add in the crispy fried beef with green chilies, chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, Wooster sauce, spring onion, coriander leaves.
Stir well and cook for 3-4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
