Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Add the chopped ginger and garlic and beef fillet.

Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the meat no longer pink and all juices run clear.

Now add boiled tomatoes, dry red chilies.

Stir and cook for 2 minutes then add cinnamon, black cardamoms and cloves.

Season with coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chili powder and salt.

Cook for 2 minutes then add yogurt with a little water, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes or until meat is tender.

Now remove the lid.

Add tomato paste, lemon juice, boiled white beans.

Cook on very high flame for 5-6 minutes or until all water dries up.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Take it out in a serving dish.
