Ingredients
For Meatballs:
400gm Mince
½tspSalt
½tspBlack pepper
½tspGinger garlic paste
1tspCrushed red pepper
2tbspCorn flour
1/2Egg beaten
2tbspRaw Onion grinded
For Shashlik Skewers:
1tbspWooster sauce
4-5tbspKetchup
2Onionscubed
2Capsicumcubed
2Tomatoescubed
Cooking Method
Chopperize mince with all the meatballs ingredients until well combined.
Take it out in a mixing bowl and make small meatballs from the mince mixture.
Put meatballs on skewers, alternating with vegetables.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook meat ball skewers for 10-12 minutes or until cooked thoruogh.
Busting with tomato ketchup and Wooster sauce at intervals.
Remove from the pan and transfer into a serving platter.
