Ingredients
  • ½ kg Pasandy
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 15 Green chilies
  • ½ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp whole Black pepper
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt heaped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Put Onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper, yogurt, ginger garlic, salt, lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Marinate your pasanda with this blended mixture.
  4. Leave it for 2 hours to bled favors.
  5. Heat oil in pot over medium heat.
  6. Add in marinate mixture, cover and cook for 40-50 minutes or until done and thick gravy left.

  7. Delicious Hara Masala Pasanday are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve garnish with French fries.
