This Brain Masala Recipe by Shireen Anwar is very easy and simple. This is a surprisingly simple, spicy and delicious curry found all over India and Pakistan which uses lamb or goat brains. Goes great with chapati. Do try, everyone will like it, nobody can say no to this yummy brain masala.

Ingredients
- 1 Brain
- 1 Onion Brown
- 2 tbsp Onion paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 4-5 Fenugreek seeds
- 1-1/2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Oil
For Garnishing:
- coriander leaves
- Green Chilies
Cooking Method

Heat oil add Fenugreek seed in it.

Cook for 1 minute or until it turns in golden colour.

In a bowl, mix together the onion paste,ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt.

Add this mixture into oil.

Mix well and cook for 5 minutes now add yogurt and mix well.

Add Brain in it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

Don’t overcook.

Garnish with coriander and green chilies.

Dish it out.

Delicious Brain Masala is ready to serve.
