Ingredients
- ½ kg Pasandy
- 1 large Onion sliced
- 15 Green chilies
- ½ bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp whole Black pepper
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
- 1 tsp Salt heaped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ½ cup Oil
Cooking Method

Put Onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, black pepper, yogurt, ginger garlic, salt, lemon juice in a blender.

Process until smooth.

Marinate your pasanda with this blended mixture.

Leave it for 2 hours to bled favors.

Heat oil in pot over medium heat.

Add in marinate mixture, cover and cook for 40-50 minutes or until done and thick gravy left.
