Ingredients
- 1 kg Undercut beef
- ¼ cup Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- 1-½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Wooster sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Ingredients for Brown Sauce:
- 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 2 cups Stock
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Burnt sugar syrup
Cooking Method
To Make The Roast Beef:

Prick undercut piece with fork well.

Marinate with salt, pepper, mustard, ginger garlic paste, Wooster sauce and lemon juice.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Put marinated undercut in the pan and fry for 10-15 minutes.

Add 2 cups water, cover and cook for 30 minutes until beef is tender and all water dries up.

Remove from the heat and cut in slices.
To make the Brown Sauce:

Heat oil in another pan and fry onion golden brown.

Add in flour with salt and pepper, add stock cook until sauce is thickened.

Now add burnt sugar syrup to give brown color.

Drizzle over the beef roast.
